Walmart expansion supported

I fully support the expansion of Walmart in Poway as lower prices for goods will benefit anyone shopping there. The opposition to the Walmart expansion is coming from the unions. Unions are bad for the local economy in that they reduce productivity, raise prices for shoppers and decrease the overall number of jobs available to the local community by limiting membership.

Any opposition to the Walmart expansion is specious and should be viewed as a detriment to the local tax base. If union workers lose their jobs, I’m all for it, as the community of Poway and surrounding communities will benefit in the long run.
